At GotLuxury, we want your table shopping experience to be smooth, fast, and completely transparent. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy below to understand how we process, pack, and deliver your order.

Order Processing Time

Once you place an order for a table, we begin preparing it for shipment right away. Our standard processing time is:

  • Maximum 2 business days from the date your order is placed
  • Most orders are processed within 1 business day

Processing includes order verification, quality checks, careful packing of your table, and handing it over to our shipping carrier.

Same-Day Dispatch Policy

We take pride in getting your table on its way to you as quickly as possible.

Daily Cut-Off Time: 19:00 PM (7:00 PM USA Time)

  • If you place an order at or before 19:00 PM (7:00 PM) on a business day (Monday – Friday):
    • Your order will be dispatched the same day
    • Your tracking number will be provided the same day via email
  • If you place an order after 19:00 PM (7:00 PM) on a business day:
    • Your order will be dispatched the next morning immediately when our operations begin
    • Your tracking number will be provided that next morning

Important Notes on Same-Day Dispatch

  • Orders placed after 19:00 PM on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday morning (since our business hours are Monday – Friday only)
  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday (any time) will be dispatched on Monday morning, and tracking will be provided on Monday

Goal: Order today → tracking today (if before 19:00) OR next morning tracking (if after 19:00). This ensures fast delivery, customer satisfaction, and you receive your table as early as possible.

Total Delivery Timeframe

After your table has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

  • 5 to 7 business days for delivery after processing

Therefore, your total estimated delivery time from order placement to arrival is typically:

  • Fastest: 6 business days (1 day processing + 5 days delivery)
  • Standard: 8–9 business days (2 days processing + 6–7 days delivery)
  • Maximum: Up to 9 business days in rare circumstances

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your exact location within the USA and the shipping carrier’s workload.

Shipping Carriers

To ensure the fastest possible delivery for your table, we use a combination of trusted shipping carriers based on your location:

  • FedEx
  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS

We automatically select the best carrier for your specific shipping address at the time of dispatch. This means your table will always travel via the most efficient route and carrier available.

We are pleased to offer:

Free Shipping on All Orders Within the United States

  • No minimum purchase required
  • No hidden fees
  • Free shipping applies to all tables shipped to any address within the 50 United States

(At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the USA.)

Order Tracking

Once your table has been dispatched:

  1. You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us
  2. This email will contain:
    • Your tracking number
    • direct link to the carrier’s tracking page (FedEx, USPS, or UPS)
    • Estimated delivery date (as provided by the carrier)

You can track your table’s journey from our warehouse in Pine Grove, CA all the way to your front door.

Address Accuracy

Important: Please ensure your shipping address is completely accurate and correct before finalizing your order.

  • We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or misdelivered shipments caused by:
    • Incorrect or incomplete addresses (e.g., missing apartment number, wrong zip code)
    • Address changes requested after the order has been dispatched
  • If a package is returned to us due to an address error on your part, you will be responsible for any re-shipping costs

To avoid any issues, please double-check your address at checkout. If you realize an error immediately after placing your order, contact us within 1 hour at support@gotluxury.shop — we may be able to correct it before dispatch.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your table order:

  • Before dispatch: Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • After dispatch (order already shipped): Our standard Refund and Returns Policy will apply. You will need to receive the table and then initiate a return.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

In the rare event that your table is lost in transit (tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days or carrier confirms loss):

  • Please contact us immediately at support@gotluxury.shop
  • We will work with the shipping carrier (FedEx/USPS/UPS) to investigate
  • If confirmed lost, we will send you a replacement table at no additional cost or issue a full refund — your choice

Damaged Packages

If your table arrives with visible shipping damage:

  1. Take photos of the package exterior (showing damage) and the table inside
  2. Do not discard any packaging
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@gotluxury.shop
  4. We will arrange for a return (at our cost) and send you a replacement or process a full refund

We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and major US federal holidays. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed the next business day.
