Returns
Eligibility Window
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery of your table. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your table must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Free from any stains, scratches, odors, or damage
- In its original packaging (including all accessories, assembly tools, and manuals if applicable)
- Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Tables that show signs of extensive use, wear, or damage caused by the customer
- Custom-made or personalized tables (if offered)
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance events (clearly marked at time of purchase)
- Gift cards
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@gotluxury.shop within the 30-day return window
- Provide your order number and the reason for return
- Our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number (if applicable)
- Pack the table securely in its original packaging
- Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package
- Ship the item to the address provided in our return instructions
Important: Returns sent without a Return Authorization number may not be processed or may be delayed.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong table shipped, defective product upon arrival): We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
- If you are returning for any other reason (e.g., changed your mind, found a better price elsewhere): You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees on returned tables.
Refunds
Refund Processing Timeline
Once your returned table is received and inspected at our facility:
- We will send you an email notification confirming receipt of your return
- We will also notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days after return approval
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment (the same credit card, debit card, or Stripe payment method used at checkout).
Refund Amount
The refund amount will include:
- The full purchase price of the table
- Excluding original shipping charges (unless the return was due to our error)
When You Will See the Refund
After we process the refund (within 2 days of approval), please allow:
- 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected time frame:
- First, check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your credit card company or bank — some institutions may take additional time to post refunds
- If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@gotluxury.shop
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for tables.
If you wish to exchange your table for a different model, color, or size:
- Return the original table following our return policy above (within 30 days of delivery)
- Once your return is approved and refunded, place a new order for the table you want
This ensures the fastest possible turnaround for you.
Damaged or Defective Tables
If you receive a table that is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect:
- Contact us immediately upon discovery — do not assemble or use the item
- Take clear photos of the damage or defect (including packaging damage if applicable)
- Email us at support@gotluxury.shop with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Attached photos or videos
- Keep the original packaging and the damaged table as evidence
We will review your case and may offer:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement table shipped at no additional cost to you (if available)
We will cover all return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
Cancellations Before Shipment
If you need to cancel your order before it has been shipped:
- Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order
- We will cancel the order and issue a full refund with no penalties
Once the table has already been shipped, our standard return policy (above) will apply.
